This year we returned to Anaheim for another memorable long weekend — and once again, the highlight was attending the Trans-Siberian Orchestra at the Honda Center. Just like last year, the show was spectacular, with even better lighting effects and an incredible performance. A personal highlight was managing to get a selfie with Angus Clark, one of the band’s guitarists — a moment to remember!
But the trip wasn’t just about the music. We combined the concerts with a relaxing stay, a festive day at Disneyland, and some shopping before heading home. It was the perfect mix of entertainment, family time, and holiday spirit.
Flying Out in Style
Our trip began at Heathrow Terminal 5, where we enjoyed some pre-flight drinks before boarding the British Airways A380 double-decker. Traveling in style set the tone for the weekend. After landing in Los Angeles, we made our way to Anaheim and settled into the hotel. The first evening was all about unwinding — we took it easy and relaxed in the jacuzzi, letting the travel fatigue melt away.

Spectacular lights, powerful music, and a selfie to remember
The highlight of the trip was seeing the Trans-Siberian Orchestra perform live at the Honda Center — back-to-back, just like last year. The show was breathtaking, with even sharper lighting effects that elevated the performance. The energy, musicianship, and production were all top-notch.
A personal highlight was meeting Angus Clark, one of the band’s guitarists, and managing to grab a selfie. It’s always special when a concert gives you both incredible music and personal memories.

Disneyland Park: Festive decorations and family fun
On the third day, we headed to Disneyland Park, which was already decorated for the festive season. The atmosphere was magical, with Christmas lights, themed parades, and holiday touches throughout the park.
We managed to enjoy several rides and soak up the cheerful vibe. Disneyland during the holidays has a unique charm — blending the usual Disney magic with seasonal spirit.

Downtown Disney stroll before heading home
Our final day was relaxed. We spent the morning at Downtown Disney, browsing shops and picking up souvenirs. It was a nice way to wrap up the trip — combining shopping with a last dose of Disney atmosphere.
From there, we headed to LAX for our flight home, reflecting on another successful Anaheim adventure.

This Anaheim trip was another one to remember. Seeing the Trans-Siberian Orchestra back-to-back at the Honda Center was incredible, especially with the improved lighting and the chance to meet Angus Clark. Adding a festive day at Disneyland and some relaxed shopping made the weekend feel balanced and complete.
Anaheim continues to be a great destination for combining concerts, theme parks, and family fun. We’d happily return again — whether for another show, more Disney magic, or simply to enjoy the California vibe.
