During our recent UAE trip, we spent four nights at the Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of the journey. This towering luxury hotel offers panoramic views over the Arabian Gulf, sleek interiors, and a polished experience from check-in to check-out.
We booked a Twin Grand Premier Sea View Room, which was beautifully appointed and well-maintained. While the twin bed setup wasn’t ideal for our family of four (with kids aged 14 and 10), we made it work by using the couch as an extra sleeping space. It’s worth noting for families booking similar rooms — the beds are comfortable, but not spacious enough for older children to share.
The hotel’s overall quality was excellent, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful. We also had complimentary access to the Observation Deck at 300, located on the 74th floor — a fantastic bonus for soaking in the skyline.
Inside the Twin Grand Premier Sea View Room
The Twin Grand Premier Sea View Room was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Floor-to-ceiling windows offered sweeping views of the sea and city, and the room featured a sleek bathroom with a walk-in shower, plush towels, and high-end toiletries.
Despite the twin bed setup, the room had enough space to move around comfortably, and the couch helped us accommodate our family of four. Storage was ample, and everything felt well-maintained and premium.

Exploring from Etihad Towers
The hotel is located in the Etihad Towers complex, a landmark in Abu Dhabi’s skyline. While we didn’t explore the city extensively, we found the location practical — most places we visited were within a 20–25 minute taxi ride, including Yas Island.
It’s not in the heart of the tourist zone, but it’s well-connected and easy to navigate from. Whether you’re heading to malls, beaches, or attractions, the location works well for short stays.

Poolside & Beach Access
The Conrad offers access to a private beach and multiple pools, including a family-friendly area and a pool bar. The outdoor spaces are beautifully landscaped, with plenty of loungers and shaded spots.
We spent time relaxing by the pool and appreciated the calm atmosphere. The beach area is clean and well-kept, though not expansive — more of a cityside escape than a full resort beach.

Dining at Rosewater Buffet
We had half-board and dined daily at the buffet restaurant, which exceeded expectations. The food selection changed daily, offering a mix of international dishes, fresh salads, and indulgent desserts. Everything was high quality, and the staff were attentive without being intrusive.
The buffet setup was spacious and well-organized, making it easy to navigate even during busy hours. For a hotel of this size, the dining experience felt surprisingly personal.
Fitness & Wellness Facilities
The hotel gym was a standout feature — spacious, well-equipped, and clean. It had a wide range of machines, free weights, and cardio equipment, plus changing rooms with showers, which you don’t often find in hotel gyms.
Whether you’re keeping up with a routine or just squeezing in a quick workout, this gym makes it easy. It’s open long hours and never felt overcrowded.

Our stay at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers was memorable for all the right reasons — elegant rooms, excellent food, and thoughtful service. While the twin bed setup wasn’t ideal for our family, it didn’t detract from the overall experience.
The hotel’s scale does mean elevator traffic can be a bit frustrating during peak times, but that’s a minor trade-off for the views and amenities on offer. With its polished service, great dining, and central location, this hotel is a solid pick for anyone visiting Abu Dhabi — whether for leisure or a longer UAE itinerary.
